Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Patricia. We'd be happy to review how to become a signer.
We apologize for any inconvenience however, in order to become a signer on your daughter's account you'd both need to visit the same TD Store together to speak with a Customer Service Representative. When you are able to visit a Store together, please be sure to bring proper identification (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and Social Security number. When planning your trip, feel free to use our Store Locator, http://bit.ly/TDStores, to determine the closest TD to you.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and have a good day.
