Great question, Cathleen and thanks for getting in touch with us!
If your daughter had an account which is now closed, we apologize as the same account won't be able to be reopened or reactivated. However, she is always welcome to establish a new account with us!
If your daughter is under the age of 18 right now, you'll be able to open an account with her. She'll just have to be listed on an account with a legal parent or guardian to be eligible to open it.
If your daughter is 18 years of age or older, she'll be able to establish her own savings account if she chooses. She can do so online by using the links below, reaching us by phone at 888-751-9000, 24/7, or stopping in at any of our Stores.

If you'll be opening an account with your daughter, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store location for assistance. Please keep in mind that a valid form of identification such as a State License, State ID or Passport will be needed by the parent or guardian (or by your daughter if she is over 18), as well as your Social Security number. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include a School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, U.S. Birth Certificate or Social Security card.
