We're excited to let you know that your daughter's TD Bank Visa debit card is convenient, secure and rewarding- so she can shop and bank with confidence. She can use her debit card at millions of locations that accepts Visa across the globe. When making an ATM withdrawal from an international location, please have her make sure that the ATM machine displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. The TD Bank debit card may also be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance if a compatible ATM is not available. Please note non-TD ATM fees still may apply.
Prior to your daughter's travels, we ask that she place a travel notification on her account before she leaves the country so she doesn't run into any interruptions with her card. To do so, she may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on her account.
She may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking. If she is not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. She will need her account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Once she is enrolled, she may sign into her account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If she chooses this option, please have her include the exact travel dates along with the destination(s). If she needs help enrolling, she may call the number listed above. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help.
If she is unable to call or send an email, she can always visit her local TD Bank to have travel notes added to her account.
