Good afternoon, Lisa and thanks for connecting with us about this issue. We're glad to point you in the right direction.
As your question pertains to your daughter's account specifically, we would need to review this further in order to assist you.
As you mentioned that the account has already been closed, if you were also listed as a signer on the account either you or your daughter may call our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, Monday through Friday 8am-9pm, and Saturday 8am-5pm, for assistance.
If you find that you have additional questions about the account, as it is now closed your daughter or yourself may stop in at any nearby TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. They'll be able to review the account and determine what occurred to cause an overdraft. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to the account information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Please also note that if your daughter was the only signer on the account when it was open, we will only be able to discuss this account with her directly.
We hope this helps, Lisa and please don't hesitate to reply with any other questions you may have. Take care.
