Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Donna. We're happy to answer your questions.
If your daughters have Young Saver accounts with TD Bank, the custodian on the account may request an ATM card to be attached to the account for your daughters' use. To do so, we ask that the custodian on the account stop by a local TD Bank with photo ID for further assistance. For Store locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If your children have Student Checking accounts and are over the age of 18, they may request an ATM card or VISA debit card for their account. They're also invited to the local TD with photo ID for an instant issue card, meaning they will walk out of the Store with a debit or ATM card in hand! If they'd prefer, our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they'll be happy to order a new card to be received through standard mail. Typically, delivery takes between 7-10 business days. If they use Online Banking, they'll be able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to request a card. Once they're logged in, have them click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." If they're not yet enrolled for Online Banking, please have them give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, we'll have them signed up in a flash!
We hope this information helps, Donna. Please let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy your afternoon.
