i am withdraw money in Myanmar atm, and usually it is no problem, Today just keep showing the transaction is not avaiable

If you are traveling, it's possible your debit card has been blocked by our fraud prevention team. Please note that this can occur whether you've placed a travel notification with us or not, for your account security. To remove any blocks, we kindly ask that you give us a call from overseas at 1-856-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7. You may also call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Please be sure to include your detailed request specifying the transaction(s) blocked so we may assist. If you haven't placed your travel notification, we would recommend including that information as well, including your destination(s) and departure/arrival dates.
