Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Christina. We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer some suggestions so you may obtain a new debit card as soon as possible.
If your card is expiring, a replacement card is normally mailed to your address on file within 30-45 days prior to the expiration date. It is normally delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that arrival times can vary depending on your postal office.
As you mentioned that you current debit card is already expired, if you are able to visit a TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours, you may obtain a new debit card immediately. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to order one for you.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When doing so, please include your current address so that we can ensure we're mailing the card to the right location for you. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
No matter which option you prefer, please be sure to confirm with our Banking Specialists that we have your current contact info on file. If not, we'll be more than happy to update it for you.
We hope this information helps, Christina. Enjoy the rest of your day!

We understand your concern, Connie and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
When your card is expiring, a replacement card will automatically be mailed to you about 30 days prior to your card expiration. Please note that debit cards are valid until the last day of the month listed as the expiration month on your card.
If you prefer to have a card sooner, we'd be glad to help you. We invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7. They can verify your address on file and issue a replacement card for you, which will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
Kindly note that if you've recently moved or your account requires an update to your address, we recommend giving us a call at the number above to ensure that the correct address is listed on your account.
If you'd like, you're also welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store near you to pick up a new debit card. For locations and hours near you, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that the card number issued to you at a Store may not be the same as your current card number. Once at the Store, please ask the Store Representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.

If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the process, you will need your account number, ATM/debit card number, Social Security Number and email address. Once you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you have any trouble enrolling, feel free to call us by using the 24/7 number listed above.
If this is in regards to your credit card rather than your debit card, we ask that you contact our Credit Card Specialists who are available 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861. They would be happy to assist you in ordering a replacement credit card.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Connie and have a good day.
