Whenever your debit card is approaching its expiration date, we automatically mail out an updated card to the address we have on file for you. This should arrive about a month prior to the expiration date of your current card and will arrive in a plain white unmarked envelope.
If you never received this card, don't worry. We can close down that card and have a new one issued to you. In fact, we're able to instant issue debit cards in any of our Stores! We see that you're writing to us today from Colorado, but if you'll be on the east coast anytime soon, we invite you to stop in to see us. We'd also be able to have the new debit card mailed right to you. Just give us a call anytime at 888-751-9000. We have Representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help. You can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Be sure to confirm you mailing address in the message you send so that we can verify that information. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
