The replacement card is normally mailed to your address on file within 30-45 days prior to the expiration date. It is normally delivered within 7 to 10 business days. However, delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you need a new debit card prior to receiving your replacement card in the mail, you may obtain one by visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
