Sorry to hear that your wallet was stolen, Annel! We'd be happy to help.
We apologize for any inconvenience however we are unable to provide your Debit Card number prior to it arriving at your address.
Even though you've mentioned that your ID was in your wallet as well, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours with an alternate form of ID to order a new Debit Card on the spot! You're able to bring a passport, Military ID or a State issued ID to have a new Debit Card issued.
Please know that you are able to make a withdrawal from your account using the IDs mentioned as well.
During your visit, please ask the Store Representative to close your mailed card since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As always if you ever have any questions, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Annel and have a good day.

Thank you for the response, my passport was also taken as it was in my handbag. Am I able to get a new TD debit card printed on at a location with an old passport? Or with a temporary Identification card? If not how can I expedite my card delivery so I can receive it quicker, and how can I track it?

Welcome back, Annel!
To determine if the IDs you've mentioned will be accepted to issue a new Debit Card at your TD Store, we recommend connecting with the Store you intend to visit prior to your visit. Again, you are able to take a look at TD Stores and their hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Based on your original question, it sounds as though you've already ordered a new Debit Card. Once Debit Cards are mailed, we apologize as there would be no way at this time to expedite them any quicker. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
To determine if your new Debit Card was in fact already sent, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to confirm if your Debit Card has been mailed. If not, we can get one out to you right away! You are also able to inquire at your local TD Store.
We hope this helps, Annel and if you have further questions, please let us know!
