Good Morning, Abu. We're sorry to hear that your debit card has been stolen, and we’ll be happy to help you today.
First, we recommend calling us directly, so that we may close your debit card immediately. You may reach us by phone at 888-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7.
If you are unable to call and currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, you may visit us at a TD Bank Store. We understand you've mentioned that the Store locations near you have been closed, but we kindly ask that you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locator tool.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; however, as TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Abu, and that you have a great day.
