Thanks for getting in touch with us, Marcelo and great question! We understand how important your debit card is and we'll be glad to let you know what to expect.
When your card is expiring, a replacement card will automatically be mailed to you about 30 days prior to your card expiration. Please note that debit cards are valid until the last day of the month listed as the expiration month on your card.
If you prefer to have a card sooner, we'd be glad to help you. We invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7. They can verify your address on file and issue a replacement card for you, which will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
Kindly note that if you've recently moved or your account requires an update to your address, we recommend giving us a call at the number above to ensure that the correct address is listed on your account.
If you'd like, you're also welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store near you to pick up a new debit card. For locations and hours near you, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that the card number issued to you at a Store may not be the same as your current card number. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
Hope this eases your mind, Marcelo! Thanks again for the question and enjoy your Friday.
