Replacement debit cards are automatically mailed to your address of record 30 to 45 days prior to the expiration date of your current card. The VISA debit card is valid until the last day of the expiring month. The new debit card will have the same number as your current card. The only differences will be the expiration date and CVV code on the back. Please note when the card is mailed to you it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes, so please keep an eye out.
If for some reason you don't get a new card, or you would rather pick up a new one at your local TD Bank during lobby hours, you're welcome to do so. All TD Bank stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Please keep in mind, that card will have a different card number. You may also give a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a new card (with a new card number) to be mailed to you.
