My debit card is block and doesn't work and I can't speak I'm overseas can someone help me please

There are several reasons that this could occur, including a recent address change or a transaction that needs to be verified. Please note that for your account security, TD is constantly monitoring our Customers' debit card activity in order to ensure that no fraud is occurring.
If your card isn't working as you expect right now, we'd like to review this with you in detail to determine the cause and offer you some solutions. Since you mentioned being overseas, you may call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
