Thanks for joining the conversation, Kiara. We're sorry that your debit card is not working, and we will be sure to help guide you in the right direction.
As our friend Justin mentioned above, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account through TD Helps, as this is not considered a secured forum.
There could be a number of reasons why your debit card isn't working, and we'd like to take a look at this with you. We kindly ask that you give us a call at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, so that a Banking Specialist may review the account with you, upon account verification.
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, if you're close to a TD Bank Store, you may also visit us there so that we may assist you. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, Kiara. Have a nice day.
