To contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you are enrolled for online banking, you may also communicate with us using a secure message via your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, you're welcome to use our self-service enrollment option if you have your TD Bank account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Please begin the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and you'll be able to view your accounts and send a message immediately after enrollment. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
