I m not in US right now i gave my debit card to my brother he depositted some money. Like 1 month ago then he withdraw 300 dollars after that me and my brother couldnt use card and still cant

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to reach us from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect by dialing 215-569-0518 from a landline telephone with operator assistance. Our Representatives are available 24/7 to assist with your account.
Similarly, you are able to send us a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
