Good afternoon, Dervish, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TD Bank Debit Card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to take a moment to explain that while we would like to assist you directly, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to your account or personal information. However, we'll gladly get you to someone who can.
Our Banking Specialists are always happy to help, 24/7, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. As you mentioned that you are not in the United States, you may also call collect, with operator assistance from any landline device, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
Additionally, if you're not able to call, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We apologize again that we're unable to assist you today, Dervish, but we hope this helps.
Have an amazing rest of your day.
Brittany M, Mount Laurel
