As the card you currently have is damaged, there are several options available to obtain a new card.
You may contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to request a new card to you. If you utilize TD Online Banking, you can even send us a secure message.

You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 at the number above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
After you've successfully enrolled or after you log in, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
You may also visit your local TD Store for additionally help. We can print out a new card for you on the spot! To locate the nearest TD Store, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, if you would like a new card but with the same card numbers as the one you currently have, please be sure to let our Specialists know, whether you visit us, speak to us, or send us a message, you will also need to have that TD Debit Card handy. If you would like a new card with new card numbers, you do not need to do anything else.
