I have been in Europe for the past week and had placed a travel notification letting them know where I was. I withdrew a significant amount the past two days and still needed to make two more similar withdrawals to pay for accommodation and other fees that could only be paid in cash in the local currency. I had been able to take out money no problem until today. I have the money in my account but I am unable to withdraw it. I fear the bank thinks that my cards have been stolen or something. I cannot call TD bank from here so do not know what to do.

We recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. You are able to reach us while overseas at (856)-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
