I have money on my debit card. It's an student's debit card. I was on the US with the J1 visa from December to March and i didn't have any problem shopping on the internet from my Hometown. I was wondering why i'm having that problem for the time being. Also, there's a number on the back of my card, i thought that was meant to be for calls from my country but i'm not able to call. What can i do? Thank you and sorry for my bad english
