It's a student account. There's plenty of money on it and I've used it before on the internet and it worked fine. But now it keeps getting denied and I don't know why.

Hi Kristen and it's nice for you to join us today on TD Helps.
As we'd like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. It sounds like this transaction is being attempted with a TD Bank Visa/ATM debit card, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'll be able to advise you of the cause of the decline on your debit card.
Additionally, if you're enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have yet not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you prefer, you're always welcome to visit a nearby TD Bank Store for assistance. For a list of local TD Bank Stores, look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you find this helpful and have a wonderful week.
