Hi Ashruff! We're sorry to hear that you debit card number has worn off, but we're happy to help.
We can have a replacement debit card mailed to your address on file. The good news is that since it will have the same card number, you will be able to continue to use the card in your possession while you wait for the new debit card to arrive. Though the numbers have worn off, you should still be able to make ATM withdrawal and purchases using the stripe or chip.
There are a couple of ways to order a new debit card. As we see you are writing in from India, we recommend that you call us using country code 011 at 856-751-9000 or you may call us collect with operator assistance from a landline at 215-569-0518. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 to help. If you'll be visiting us here in the United States anytime soon, please stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours and we can even print a new card for you on the spot. To view our locations, click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
You can also request a replacement debit card by sending us a secure message through your Online or Mobile Banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Please be sure to include your address that we have on file for verification. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great weekend, Ashruff!
