Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Jessica. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing with your TD Debit Card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction for assistance
Before we begin, please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site, we do not have access to your account information.
To best assist you, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000, upon account verification, our Specialists would be able to determine the cause and offer the solutions as well. You may also contact us by sending us a secure message through your Online Banking. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select "Send a Message." When sending a secure message, please be specific about the issue you are experiencing.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you are running into difficulties while enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you prefer, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you happen to be writing to us from Canada, we'd like to let you know that you've reached TD Bank here in the US. No worries – we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1F8PrA0. Our friend, Laura, provided assistance to a Customer who was experiencing difficulties with his TD Debit Card also. We hope this helps, Jessica. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
