I got this debit card maybe three months ago, my debit card works great when I'll use it in person. But, when I try to use it online through a paypal account or with just my raw information, it tells me that i have to use another choice in payment or that I have insufficient funds. Is there something to maybe "unlock" the online use option?

Thanks for your message this evening and we're sorry to hear about any trouble using your debit card online.
Typically, if you're using a TD Visa Debit card associated with a checking account you have with us, you can use this for in-person purchases as well as online with no extra steps. Since your card isn’t working as you expect, we'd be glad to check on this personally for you if you get in touch with us directly.
