If you debit card has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible so we can close the card. Please dial 888-751-9000, 24/7, or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours; click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can close your debit card and file a dispute for you. You can also obtain a new debit card while you are on the phone or visiting TD Bank. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days to receive your debit card via mail or you can receive a new card within minutes at any TD Bank location.
If you've already filed a claim with us, you are also more than welcome to call or visit us as mentioned earlier, and we'll be happy to check the status of your dispute for you.

Katherine, My Card was compromised today, I am being told that I wont be getting my money back in 7-10 days.
it is obvious that these charges are fraudulent. Why wont TD Bank refund my money?

In some cases a claim may be resolved shorter than expected, and it some cases it may take longer than expected. We encourage you to check on the status of your claim by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours.
