Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, Helen.
We recommend contacting us directly so we may troubleshoot why your TD Bank Debit Card was declined. As we would like to assist further; we do not have access to your personal information, as this is an unsecured forum. You may contact us 24/7 by calling 888-751-9000 so we may review this further with you.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secured message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you reply back to us with the following information:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent Fed Ex
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Then, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. We'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you are experiencing any difficulties enrolling, please feel free to call the number listed above.
Hope this helps and have a great day!
