I still have money in the account and no pending transactions, and I'm not attempting to overdraw. It is possible I set a threshold for the account but I don't really remember doing that.

To best assist you, we encourage you calling our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000, upon account verification, a Customer Service Representative will be able to determine the cause and offer the solutions as well. In addition, you may also send us a secure message if you are enrolled for online banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
