We're sorry to hear your debit card is locked right now. To get this fixed as quickly as possible, you have two options from your current location.
First, one convenient way to contact us while you are out of the country is to send us a Secure Message from within your Online Banking account. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and then visit the Customer Service tab. Please find the Send a Message link in the left column and message us with your concerns. We suggest verifying your current location and the time frame for your visit as well, so that we can notate this for you and prevent future blocks.
If you don't have online access at this time, you're also welcome to reach one of our Banking Specialists for assistance, 24/7. From outside the United States please use 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. The US country code is 1-011. They'll be able to unlock your card and add your travel notification as well, if needed.
