Good to see you on TD Helps today, Walter! We'll be glad to answer your question about your debit card.
Typically, your new debit card should arrive at your home in a plain white envelop six weeks prior to your expiration date. If you do not receive your new debit card by the end of next month, feel free to drop by any TD Bank during lobby hours. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be glad to provide a new debit card for you in minutes! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
You could also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message through online banking too. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to give us a call or send us a secure message, it can take 7-10 business days for shipping (depending on your postal service.)
We hope this answers your question and have a great afternoon, Walter!
