In reply to Susie, Elkhart
Good evening Susie,
Thank you for writing in and we hope you're doing well tonight!
First we would like to let you know that once an account is closed and removed from Online Banking, no further information about the account will be able to be viewed online. We apologize if this causes you or your daughter any inconvenience.
With that being said, we still maintain records of accounts for up to seven years and your daughter would be able to stop in to any TD Bank Store to request documents for the account, such as transaction copies or statements. A listing of our local Stores can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If she happens to have another account with us that is still active, she could also call us to request copies and we're available at 888-751-9000, 24/7 if she would like to do so. Statement-only copies would be free of charge; however, a fee can apply for items like check copies and you can see our current Fee Schedule on this page: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps you both, Susie.
Feel free to write back to us with any other questions and have a wonderful evening!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
