Welcome to TD Helps, Melinda!
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Generally speaking, wire transfers are processed on business days, which include all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays. It's important to note that the date you should expect to receive your wire transfer can vary depending on whether you are going to be receiving a domestic or international wire transfer.
For international wire transfers, as these transfer types are sent through an international payment network, you'll usually receive payment within two to five business days. We're able to post all incoming international wires until 3:30 pm on the current business day.
Domestic wire transfers; however, usually post within 24 business hours. Wire transfers sent in U.S. Dollars can be received and processed until 6:30 pm on any given banking day.
If you have any additional questions, or if you'd prefer to discuss your account specifically, you're more than welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist. Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service Representatives are also here to help, during lobby hours, at any number of TD Store locations.
