We're sorry to hear about the trouble your father encountered, Reina. We'd be glad to point him in the right direction.
To best assist with your father's concerns, we recommend that he contacts us directly for help. He is able to call us from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone. Once speaking with a Banking Specialist, they will be glad to review his concerns.
Similarly, he is able to send a message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
