Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Faith. We'll be glad to provide you with options no how to obtain bank statements.
As long as you're listed as the Power of Attorney on the account, you have a few options available to access the information you're looking for. One way is to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can put in a request to mail the statements to the address on file. Please note, you'll receive the statements within 7-10 business days. You may also send a fax request to 856-533-1138. Please include the account number, your name, the statements you're looking for as well as your signature.
You can also access these statements through Online Banking. If you're not already enrolled you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to enroll online.
Once you're able to log in, please click on the name of the account (which will be listed in blue) then select the "Statement" tab. You will then be able to view the past 5 years of statements.
If you have any trouble with the enrollment, feel free to contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
As always, you're welcome to visit us at any TD location for these statements. For Store locations and hours please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps Faith. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
