Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Sharon. We're sorry to hear about your loss and hope all is well.
As this is pertaining specifically to you and your father's account, we would need to discuss this in more detail with you. We ask that you connect with a TD Store located in the area your father lived in. You may find a TD Store here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Once connected, they will be happy to help provide further details and answer any questions you may have.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to our Customer's account information, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope this helped answer your question, Sharon, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
