Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Kim.
Generally, in order to add a joint account signer to an existing TD Bank account, both parties must be visiting a TD Bank Store together, during normal lobby hours. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
If you're unable to do so, please ask your fiancé to reach out to the TD Store location where the account was originally opened at by telephone to determine if there is another option to add another signer to the account without being present. To find out TD Store locations and telephone numbers, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if this helps and have a great day!
