My fiancee send money to me using TD--how can i transfer it to my account here in BDO Philippines he send me using TD 7 times but big problem to us to transfer the money to my account how to transfer is i advice him to cancel the transfer money and he try again and again till now i did not get the money

We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know to send funds internationally, a wire must be completed. We recommend providing this information to your fiancée as follows:
To initiate an international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply.

We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
