If your friend's card is stuck in the ATM machine and she banks with TD, we ask that she contacts us directly for assistance. She is able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with our Representatives, they will be happy to help. Your friend is also able to visit the TD Store where she made the deposit for assistance. If your friend does not bank with TD, we ask that she contacts her financial institution in regards to her concerns.
