My gift card is getting declined from online purchases from places such as amazon. The card still has money and the websites say that it is being declined by the card provider.

When you are gifted a TD Bank Gift Card, and you plan on using your card to make purchases online, we ask that you register your card to do so. Not only will registering your card allow for you to make purchases online, but it will also allow for your card to be replaced in the event that your card is lost or stolen.
