My gift card is getting declined from online purchases from places such as amazon. The card still has money and the websites say that it is being declined by the card provider.

Good morning, Coway.
It's great to hear from you today, and we apologize that you're having trouble making purchases with your TD Bank VISA Gift Card. We'll be happy to help!
When you are gifted a TD Bank Gift Card, and you plan on using your card to make purchases online, we ask that you register your card to do so. Not only will registering your card allow for you to make purchases online, but it will also allow for your card to be replaced in the event that your card is lost or stolen.
If you'd like to register your card, you may use the link here: http://bit.ly/2scIqz2 to get started.
If you have already registered your card, or if you'd prefer to register you card over the phone with one of our Specialist, you're welcome to dial 1-888-294-2249. By calling this number, you'll be able to speak with a Gift Card Specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may also check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1cIdAj6 to review our Gift Card FAQs, or you can take a look here: https://go.td.com/1o97391 to access TD Bank's VISA Gift Card Agreement.
We hope this information helps, Coway, and please don't hesitate to let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
