We apologize to hear that unauthorized activity may have occurred on your card Matthew, and we'll be able to help right away.
We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs. For assistance, you'll want to notify our Specialists of this issue immediately at 888-294-2249, who are available 24/7 for your support. TD Bank should be able to suspend your current card, and file a claim on your behalf. Once this is complete, they can mail a new card to you so that you can continue with your purchases.
From your message, it sounds as though you may still have the card (and card number) in your possession. If so, you'll want to have this available when you call so that we can quickly locate your account and file the appropriate dispute for you. Or, if the card was previously registered with us, we'll be able to locate your account that way.
You may also want to take a look at http://bit.ly/1o97391 for our Gift Card Terms and Conditions, and also our Frequently Asked Questions, found here: http://bit.ly/1cIdAj6.
Best of luck to you with this, Matthew and we hope we were helpful. Let us know about any other questions and take care.
