Since you've mentioned that the account in question is not displayed online at this time, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist so they can add it to your profile.
You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store during lobby hours or send a secure message to have this account added.

You can send a secure message by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and selecting 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. You're also able to use Mobile Banking by selecting 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
