Welcome to TD Helps, James. Though we're sad to hear you'd like to close an account, we understand that banking needs change and would be glad to help.
Please know that TD accounts typically do not come to a close on their own. The closure of the account would need to be requested.
You're able to close an HSA account by calling a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Talk to you soon, James. Have a great afternoon.
