Please understand that TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum therefore, we are unable to obtain personal account information. With that being said, we recommend you and your husband visiting us at one of your local TD Stores for assistance.
Generally speaking, when adding a signer to an existing TD Bank Checking or Savings account, both the account holder(s) and the prospective signer would have to visit a TD Store and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please make sure to bring proper identification (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and Social Security number.
