That sounds like an adventure, Eleanor! Thank you for reaching out to TD helps today.
Kindly note that as we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To best assist you, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on your account. You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking to do so. To send a secure message, you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, and you have your ATM/Debit Card, account number and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Or, please call us at the number above anytime for assistance.
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
