18. I am the grantor of the trust. I included both my TD checking & Savings accounts in the trust. Legal Zoom is sending me a form to send to you advising you of this. Will the name on the accounts have to be changed to the trust or are you able to keep the name on the account as my own & just note the accounts regarding the trust? I live in NY State.

Welcome to TD Helps today, Beth and we're very sorry to hear of your husband's passing.
You may visit your nearest TD Bank Store with the trust agreement so it can be review further. When setting up trust accounts, new accounts will need to be set up. Upon your arrival at the TD Bank Store, please be sure to have your photo ID (license, state issued ID, military ID or passport) and the Beneficiary's full name, date of birth and social security number. For a listing of TD Bank Stores, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You also have the option of making an appointment with the TD Bank Store you choose to visit by calling 888-751-9000, 24/7.
We hope this helps and feel free to come back with any other questions which you may have.
