Good morning, Jennifer, and welcome to TD Helps.
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, to deposit a check into your account that may not be in your name, an 'Endorsement Authorization and Release form' must be completed by both yourself and the owner of the check. To complete this form, we ask that you both visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally, it's also important to note that, at this time, we are only able to accept government or insurance issued checks that are made payable to an account holder.
If you have any questions in regard to your husband's check, you're more than welcome to connect with your nearest TD Store location. Feel free to use the link above to find their contact information, as well as lobby hours.
Thanks again for stopping by, Jennifer.
Have an amazing day.
