If this is the case and you can remember your username, you can reset your password here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password. Please choose the account type and input your username; you will then be asked to answer two security questions. After successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
