i am trying to set up a new student account online. but it keeps telling me that my identity cannot be verified as the info differs from public record. i am currently in UK on holiday and i am coming back in January. i am not able to call TD to sort this out over phone, and as i am a student i do not have alot of time when i get back home to do bank stuff in person. what do i do?
