Hi Heather and thanks for joining us on TD Helps.
We'd like to let you know that although the State or Federal government may let you know the date in which they will send your refund, please understand that this may not reflect the date on which the funds will become available in your account. Direct deposits can take 3-5 business days or more to be completed. Once the deposit is completed, the funds will be available to use the same morning as the date of your deposit. Also, in general you can check on the status of your State or Federal refund directly with the depositor for more information.
If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also visit one of our TD Bank Stores for assistance. Feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Stores near you.
Hope you have a great day and please take care.
