Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Tylisa. We'd be happy to help with ways you can receive funds from out of state.
One of the easiest ways for him to send funds to your account is via our Mail in Deposit service. All he would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If he needs to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, he can ship it to the address below:

Here are some additional tips to share prior to him mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
He also has the option of sending you funds via wire transfer. In order to receive a domestic wire, you will need to provide the sender with your full account number and the ABA routing number 0311-0126-6. Additionally you will need to provide the sender with your complete name as it appears on your account and specify that the funds are to be sent to TD Bank, N.A. in Wilmington, Delaware. Take note that TD Bank posts incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to sender. If he has any questions about the necessary instructions he may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for clarification. Our Banking Specialists would be happy to assist.
Finally, you may request the funds from the recipient via Online Banking by using our Person-to-Person payment feature. In order to utilize this service, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not already enrolled, you may begin the process by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that the enrollment process requires your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address.
Once you are logged in, please select the Person-to-Person Payments tab. You will then be asked to enroll in this service. As long as you have a US address on file, you should be able to send funds using this option to another US account). You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and the email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete, you’ll be ready to request the payment! To do so, you will then need to select the Request Money tab. You will then be asked to add a contact to request money from. You'll then need to fill in their first and last name as well as their email address or mobile phone number. Once you select the amount requested and where deposit the funds, the sender will receive a text and email alert notifying them of your request.
